Performance Characteristics:
Pneumatic-hydraulic valve group of self-handling truck is composed of pneumatic valve, limit valve and pneumatic-hydraulic lift valve.

Pneumatic valve QF33.1 is a double-direction operating valve with 3-postion and 5-way, which controls lifting, drop and mid-stop of hydraulic lift valve. When using a hydraulic valve with proportional drop function, the falling speed of van body can be controlled by the movement of valve shaft. This valve has advanced performance, compact structure, small volume, light weight, and is easy to install.

Limit valve QF22.1-00 is top-shaft type pneumatic valve with 2-position and 3-way, which is used for limiting the travel of working units.

Pneumatic-hydraulic lift valve HCQF-G25L is pneumatic direction valve with 3-postion and 3-way. At the lifting position, equipped with overflow valve and pressure gauge interface, adjust the pressure to prevent system overload. At the drop position, the hydraulic flow can be controlled through proportional control of the pneumatic pilot valve, which has large flow, high pressure and can be remote control.

Internal overflow valve: the inside of pneumatic hydraulic lift valve is equipped with a pilot-operated overflow valve to control the system pressure.
Pneumatic direction: the valve shaft and cylinder piston are connected rigidly, able to implement the functions of lifting, falling and mid-stop.
Proportional control: pneumatic valve is the double-direction operating valve with 3-postion and 5-way. The falling motion can be pre-proportional control, and when combined with pneumatic-hydraulic lift valve, the falling speed will be controlled.
Traveling control: limit valve is used for limiting the travel of working units.
